MHM Music Giveaways

1. Organizer

The organizer is MHM Music / MrHartlMusic, Germany. Contact: info@mhm-music.com.

MHM Music is solely responsible for organizing and administering its giveaways.

2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway announcement, MHM Music giveaways are open internationally to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Participation is only permitted where the respective giveaway is legally permitted and where delivery of the prize is reasonably possible. Individuals in countries or regions where participation or prize delivery is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, regulations, sanctions, export restrictions or shipping limitations are not eligible.

MHM Music reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding a prize.

3. Free Participation – No Purchase Necessary

Participation is free of charge. No purchase, payment, donation or other financial contribution is required to participate or win.

Unless explicitly permitted by applicable platform rules and stated otherwise, participants are not required to subscribe, follow, like or share MHM Music content in order to enter. Supporting MHM Music is always appreciated, but it does not increase a participant's chances of winning.

4. How to Enter

The exact method of participation will be described in the respective giveaway announcement. This may, for example, involve leaving a specific comment under an official MHM Music giveaway post.

Entries must be submitted within the stated giveaway period. Unless otherwise stated, one valid entry per person will be counted. Multiple comments or duplicate entries do not increase the chance of winning.

Automated, fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded. Participants must not provide private information such as a home address, telephone number, banking information or other sensitive personal information in public comments.

5. Giveaway Period

The start date, closing date and applicable time zone for each giveaway will be stated in the individual giveaway announcement. Entries received after the stated closing time will not be considered.

6. Prize

The prize and, where applicable, the number of available prizes will be described in the respective giveaway announcement.

Unless otherwise stated, prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative will be offered. If a specific prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the reasonable control of MHM Music, MHM Music may provide an equivalent or comparable replacement where legally permitted.

7. Winner Selection

Unless a different selection method is clearly stated in the individual giveaway announcement, winners will be selected randomly from all valid and eligible entries after the giveaway has ended.

Every valid entry will have the same chance of being selected. The number of likes, followers, subscribers, shares, views or other social-media engagement metrics will not influence the selection.

8. Winner Announcement and Contact

The winner will be announced through an official MHM Music channel and/or contacted using the method described in the respective giveaway announcement. MHM Music may identify the winner by their public social-media username or display name where appropriate for announcing the result.

After the winner has been announced, the winner will receive instructions for contacting MHM Music privately. Unless another period is specified, the winner must respond within 7 days.

If a winner does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, provides false information or delivery is not reasonably possible, MHM Music may select another winner from the remaining valid entries.

9. Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway announcement, MHM Music will cover the normal cost of shipping the prize to the winner.

International delivery is available where legally permitted and where reasonable shipping services are available. International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import restrictions, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not controlled by MHM Music and may be the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

MHM Music cannot guarantee delivery to locations subject to legal, postal, carrier, customs or sanctions restrictions.

10. Information Required From Winners

Only after a winner has been selected, MHM Music may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, such as:

• full name;
• shipping address and country;
• email address;
• prize-specific information such as clothing size;
• telephone number only if required by the shipping provider.

Participants should never publish this information in a public giveaway comment.

Personal information collected in connection with a giveaway will only be used where necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, select and contact winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Personal information will not be sold and will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes without appropriate permission. Where necessary for delivery, required information may be provided to postal services, parcel carriers or other service providers involved in delivering the prize.

Personal information will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the giveaway, prize delivery and applicable legal obligations. Privacy-related questions can be sent to info@mhm-music.com.

13. Social Media Platforms

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MHM Music giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or any other social-media platform on which a giveaway may be promoted.

Participants release the relevant social-media platform from responsibility or liability relating to the giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law. Participation must comply with the applicable rules and policies of the platform on which the giveaway takes place.

For giveaways conducted on YouTube, entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that violate applicable platform rules, these Official Giveaway Rules or applicable law may be disqualified.

14. Fair Participation

MHM Music reserves the right to exclude entries involving fraud, bots, automated participation, impersonation, manipulation, duplicate accounts intended to gain an unfair advantage or other attempts to circumvent these rules.

MHM Music will not manipulate or artificially increase social-media metrics such as views, likes, followers or subscribers as part of a giveaway.

MHM Music reserves the right, where legally permitted, to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel a giveaway if circumstances outside the reasonable control of MHM Music make it impossible to conduct the giveaway fairly, safely or as originally intended. Any significant changes will be communicated through an official MHM Music channel.

17. Applicable Rules

Participation is subject to these Official Giveaway Rules, the conditions stated in the respective giveaway announcement, applicable laws and the applicable rules of the platform on which the giveaway is conducted.

If these general rules and specific conditions clearly stated in an individual giveaway announcement differ, the specific giveaway conditions apply to that giveaway, provided they comply with applicable law and platform policies.

18. Acceptance of the Rules

By participating in an MHM Music giveaway, participants confirm that they have read and accepted the applicable giveaway announcement and these Official Giveaway Rules.
